Lead qualification calls: reach every portal lead within a minute
Leads from property portals, ads and forms go cold fast. A voice agent can call each one right away, ask your qualifying questions and book the visit.

A lead who filled a form two minutes ago is usually still on their phone and still interested. The same lead called back the next afternoon may not pick up or may have spoken to three competitors. Speed matters more than almost anything else in lead follow-up, and it is the part sales teams struggle to keep up with.
Trigger the call from the lead
Connect your lead sources (a property portal, Meta lead forms, your website form, your CRM) to the Vaakyo API, so every new lead creates a call with what you know about them:
{"to": "+919812345678", "user_data": {"name": "Rohan", "project": "Skyline Heights", "source": "99acres", "budget_hint": "2 BHK"}}
The agent greets them by name and refers to the project they asked about.
Ask few, specific questions
Decide what makes a lead worth a salesperson's time and ask only that. For a residential project, typically:
- Is this for living in or as an investment?
- Which configuration (2 BHK, 3 BHK)?
- What budget range are they considering?
- When are they looking to buy?
- Would they like a site visit, and when?
Four or five questions is the limit before people get impatient. Let the agent skip ones the caller has already answered.
Capture answers as data
Add analytics fields for each answer (purpose, configuration, budget, timeline, visit_slot) plus a lead_score the agent assigns from your rules (for example hot, warm, cold). Every call then produces a row your CRM can use, not just a recording.
Book the next step on the call
The best outcome of a qualification call is a booked site visit or meeting. Give the agent a tool to check and book slots in your calendar, and confirm the slot by SMS or WhatsApp from your system.
Hand hot leads to a person
For leads that are ready, transfer the call to the sales team while the caller is on the line, with a short summary so the salesperson doesn't repeat questions. For the rest, send the result to your CRM by webhook and let your team follow up in order of score.
Respect consent and hours
Call leads who asked to be contacted, within reasonable hours, and identify who is calling. People who say they are not interested should not be called again; record that and suppress the number.
