About

# Phone calls are how India does business. **We make them effortless.**

Why

## Why we **built Vaakyo**

Indian businesses make and take millions of calls a day: confirming orders, booking visits, reminding customers to pay. Most of them are routine, and many go unanswered or get rushed.

Vaakyo gives every business a voice agent that picks up on the first ring, follows its script, speaks the caller's language (13 Indian languages and counting) and writes everything down. Your team spends its time on the calls that need a person.

We're a small team in Mau, Uttar Pradesh, building for Indian businesses first.

How we build

## Three things **we don't compromise on**

### Indian calls first

Agents switch language when the caller does, say numbers, dates and rupees the way people say them, and call from Indian numbers inside TRAI's hours.

### Nothing real happens without you

Composer builds and fixes agents from a description, and in every mode waits for you before a real call, a campaign, a phone number or a webhook.

### Every call accounted for

A recording, transcript, summary and cost for every call, and an audit log of every change anyone makes.
